REFUND POLICY
All deliverable to all clients will be through electronic form only (Internet) !
All the invoices which are raised against deliverables will be only after the client approval of the deliverables. Once the Client approves the deliverables, they are not eligible for any refund of the same.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All the projects will start only after the SOW is approved. Once the projects are initiated the cancellation terms will be as per the specific SOW for that project.
In the event of the client cancelling the project, the client will have to pay for all the efforts spent as per the term and rates agreed in each SOW.
TERMINATION POLICY
Project will be terminated only with the notice of two weeks or as per agreement in the SOW. In the event of termination client will pay for all the efforts spent in the project.
