Cancellation And Refund Policy
Services Refunds
- Refunds for services fully completed and delivered as final outputs will not be issued.
- Partial Refunds: In cases where a project is canceled after work commenced but before its completion, a partial refund may be considered. The refund amount depends on the extent of work completed and the cost incurred.
- Refund Request Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing, clearly stating the reasons for cancellation. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed. Any deposits or prepayments made are non-refundable.
- Notice Period: A minimum of 2 business days’ notice is required for cancellation.
- Cancellation Process: To cancel a project, the client must send a written notification via email. Upon receipt, we will confirm the cancellation and provide a summary of the work completed along with any outstanding balances.
Termination Policy
- Projects may only be terminated with a minimum notice period of two weeks or as specified in the Statement of Work (SOW).
- In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for all efforts and work completed up to the termination date.
