Cancellation And Refund Policy
Services Refunds
- We do not issue refunds for services that have already been completed and delivered as finals.
- Partial Refunds: If the project is cancelled after work has begun but before completion, a partial refund may be granted. The amount will depend on the amount of work completed and expenses incurred.
- Process: Refund requests must be submitted in writing, detailing the reasons for cancellation. Our team will review the request and respond within 5 business days.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation by Client: Clients can cancel a project at any time. However, any work completed up to the point of cancellation will be billed, and any deposits or prepayments are non-refundable.
- Notice Period: A minimum of 2 business days' notice is required for cancellation.
- Process: To cancel a project, the client must notify us in writing via email. Our team will confirm the cancellation and provide a summary of work completed and any remaining balances.
Termination Policy
Project will be terminated only with the notice of two weeks or as per agreement in the SOW. In the event of termination client will pay for all the efforts spent in the project.
